Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients referred to the implant ward of Mashhad Dental School Patients with insufficient bone volume for implant placement Patients at least 20 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are not willing to continue cooperation Patients who are absent from examinations and intend to place implants outside the faculty

MeasureTime frame
The rate of bone formation. Timepoint: CBCT was prepared from patients before and 24 weeks after surgery and the amount of horizontal agitation obtained between the two groups was calculated and compared. Method of measurement: The bone density is recorded and stored on radiography using Hansfield unit determination software.
