Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Presence of any active or acute infection requiring systemic antibiotics History of any active autoimmune disease or immunodeficiency-related condition. History of significant heart disease, such as uncontrolled heart failure or coronary artery disease. Presence of any other active malignancy (except those that are treated and controlled). Use of medications that may interfere with the study interventions, with inability to discontinue them. History of severe allergy or hypersensitivity reactions to drugs or materials used in the study. Presence of psychiatric conditions that may affect informed consent or effective participation in the study.
