Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Minimum primary education At least one year since the last menstrual period following the onset of natural menopause A score of 5 or higher on the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having any physical or psychological disorders affecting sleep Use of sleep-affecting medications (diuretics, analgesics, sedatives, antidepressants) Tobacco and alcohol use Allergies to food, medications, or plants

MeasureTime frame
Sleep quality in menopausal women. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and 14 days after starting pumpkin seed oil consumption. Method of measurement: Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI).
