Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Written consent Do not participate in similar training programs No history of drug addiction Have a year or more of primary hypertension Being 50 years old or older
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: not cooperating Having an acute physical or mental problem during the study Participate in a similar training program during the study Absence more than twice in training sessions

Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention), 8 and 16 weeks after the intervention.
