Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: People 18 years and older have at least two skin lesions at least 2 cm long
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women and lactating mothers People with mental health problems Inability to write or read Persian Prisoners People who do not want to participate in further study

| The Patient and Observer Scar Assessment Scale scale (POSAS)- Patient section. Timepoint: 1 and 3 months after suturing. Method of measurement: POSAS is a comprehensive scale designed to analyze wound quality from the perspective of the patient and physician. In this section, patients will be asked to rate each scar in the groups of pain, itching, color, stiffness, thickness, irregularity, and overall appearance, and the average score will be considered as the patient's final score.;The Patient and Observer Scar Assessment Scale scale (POSAS) Physician section. In this section, in order to reduce the bias in the results of the study and blindness, the opinions of another physician who is not aware of the work process will be used in the evaluation of the work.
