Inclusion criteria: Age 20 to 65 years Lateral tibial plateau fractures of schatzker type II and III Confirming informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with multiple traumas, open fractures, and pathologic fractures Previous knee surgery
