Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age under 60 years The fracture is only in the subtrochanteric region of the femur Free and informed written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of surgery on the femur bone In addition to the femur fracture, having fractures in other areas or other bones of the body
