Inclusion criteria: People with osteoarthritis in one or both shoulders People without surgery or burn in shoulder People without any scar or spastic in shoulder Ability to do exercise without any dangerous

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No interest to keep on studying Feel pain and complain during exercises and washout period
