Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All male university athletes at a competitive level (futsal, basketball and handball) Normal body mass index in the range of 18.5 to 25 Having a score equal to or greater than 6 in the tuck jump test Absence of any visible abnormalities in the trunk (hyper-kyphosis, hyper-lordosis, and severe scoliosis) and lower limbs (genu varum, genu valgum, and severe flat feet) and no acute and chronic musculoskeletal injury during the past year (any injury that causes the athlete to be away for a long time) There is no history of injury or rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament and no medical history of neurocognitive, metabolic, hearing, and vision defects. Absence of concussion or concussion-related symptoms (frequent headaches or migraines, eye movement deficits, and balance disorders) within the past five years

Exclusion criteria: Participation in injury risk reduction programs during the past year Non-participation of subjects in two consecutive training sessions and three non-consecutive training sessions

MeasureTime frame
Knee and hip kinematics. Timepoint: Knee and hip kinematics will be measured at pre-test (before the start of the intervention) and post-test (after 8 weeks). Method of measurement: A motion capture system with 8 high-speed cameras (Kestrel 8.0 motion analysis, US) with a sampling frequency of 120 Hz will be used to measure 3D kinematics.;Knee and hip Kinetics. Timepoint: Knee and hip kinetics will be measured at pre-test (before the start of the intervention) and post-test (after 8 weeks). Method of measurement: A Bertec force plate device, made in the United States, with dimensions of 60 x 40 cm (Bertec Corporation, Columbus, OH) with a sampling frequency of 1200 Hz will be used to collect kinetic data.

Triple crossover hop for distance test. Timepoint: It will be measured in the pre-test (before the intervention) and post-test (after 8 weeks). Method of measurement: The jump distance (meters) from the starting line to the foot heel will be considered the participant's record.;Tuck jump test. Timepoint: It will be measured in the pre-test (before the intervention) and post-test (after 8 weeks). Method of measurement: 10-question scoring form for the tuck jump test.;90 medial rotation hop for distance. Timepoint: It will be measured in the pre-test (before the intervention) and post-test (after 8 weeks). Method of measurement: The jump distance will be measured from the medial of the foot when jumping to the toes when landing.;Medial side triple hop for distance test. Timepoint: It will be measured in the pre-test (before the intervention) and post-test (after 8 weeks). Method of measurement: The total jump distance after three consecutive steps is measured from the medial side of the foot when jumping to the medial side of the foot when landing.;Coordination variability of lower extremity. Timepoint: It will be measured in the pre-test (before the intervention) and post-test (after 8 weeks). Method of measurement: A motion capture system (Kestrel 8.0 motion analysis, US) 8 cameras with a sampling frequency of 120 Hz.
