Intervention 1: Intervention Group: All infertile infertility of the antibiotic prophylaxis with a doxycycline capsule 100 mg of orally twice daily (Rosk Laborators Company) with 500 mg of oral metron

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All infertile women who are candidates for IVF 20 to 40 years Endometrial polyps reported on hysteroscopy After polypectomy, have a histological report indicating the absence of chronic endometritis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The presence of any abnormalities on transvaginal ultrasound and hysterosalpingography History of endometriosis, adenomyosis, TL tuboplasty, perforated appendicitis surgery, and peritonitis (based on records) Infertility of unknown cause Congenital (Müllerian anomalies) or acquired (fibromatous uterus or multiple fibroids) structural abnormalities that make it difficult to examine the endometrial cavity Corticosteroid therapy or other medical treatments known to interfere with the immune system Clinical autoimmune disease Antiphospholipid syndrome Thrombophilic conditions that require anticoagulant therapy

MeasureTime frame
Frequency of biochemical pregnancy. Timepoint: 14 days after fetal transfer. Method of measurement: See a positive ßhcg serum test.;Frequency of clinical pregnancy pregnancy. Timepoint: Seventh week of pregnancy. Method of measurement: View pregnancy bag, fetal heart through vaginal ultrasound.

MeasureTime frame
Estradiol levels. Timepoint: On the day of hCG administration. Method of measurement: Based on serum Estradiol level at hCG administration (in picograms per ml) with the Elaza method.;Progesterone levels. Timepoint: On the day of hCG administration. Method of measurement: Based on serum Estradiol level at hCG administration (In nanograms per milliliter) with the Elaza method.;Implantation percentage. Timepoint: The ratio of the number of sack observed in the Ultrason View/ The number of embryos transferred to the uterus in the seventh week of pregnancy. Method of measurement: Each cycle using data collection form.;Dosage of gonadotropins. Timepoint: From day 3 until the time of HcG injection. Method of measurement: Number of HMG ampoules using data collection form.;Duration of ovarian stimulation. Timepoint: From day 2 until the time of HcG injection. Method of measurement: Counting the number of days using data collection form.;Endometrial thickness. Timepoint: On the day of HCG administration. Method of measurement: Through vaginal ultrasound using data collection form.
