Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children one month to six years old are candidates for open heart surgery using Cardiopulmonary bypass Written consent of the patient to participate in study Normal status of coagulation tests Left ventricular ejection fraction greater than 30% Patients with levels one and two based on the risk factor for congenital heart surgery (RACHS) score
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who open heart surgery is concurrent with other noncardiac surgery History of cardiac surgery History of preoperative arrhythmia Critical patients with severe underlying disease Patient with anemia
