Inclusion criteria: All children under three years old referred to Khatam Al-Anbia Hospital in Mashhad having probing surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with underlying psychiatric disorder Children with underlying disease Convulsions Dissatisfaction of parents Drug allergy
