Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: consent age 18-75 years covid-19 patients hospitalized

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: nodding ventilator acute/chronic renal insufficiency liver insufficiency taking vitamin b12 in the past 3 months
