Inclusion criteria: Negative history of sinus and nasal surgery No immunodeficiency disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No cpration of patient Infection symptom before surgery Reciving antibiotics before surgery Reciving antibiotic 20 days before Cardiovascular risk factor
