Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The child has undergone tonsillectomy during the intervention period. Parental consent to participate in the study and acceptance of the intervention Age range 7 to 15 years Completeness of the child's growth and development stage The child's ability to understand and follow simple instructions
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of mental disorder or mental retardation in children Massive bleeding Previous surgical experience in child

| Pain intensity. Timepoint: The intervention will be performed with the patient fully conscious for 24 hours after the operation in two sessions, the first session six hours after the operation and the second session three hours after the first session. Method of measurement: In this study, the average pain score is based on the VAS scale (Visual Analogue Scale) in children, which is divided from 0 to 10. 0 is the absence of pain and 10 is the most severe pain. | — |
