Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Official nurses working in care and treatment departments with at least one year of clinical work experience obtaining a score of 50 or lower than the total score of the resilience questionnaire

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not taking psychiatric drugs and not suffering from obvious mental disorders Lack of history of participating in resilience training courses or similar courses
