Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient consent to participate in the study ASA I , II Having opium addiction
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Difficult airway BMI More than 30 kg/m2 Patients who were taking anti-anxiety, sedative, anti-psychotic or anti-epileptic drugs Patients with sleep disorder, gastroesophageal reflux and hiatus hernia Known allergy to melatonin A known case of coronary artery disease
