Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Elective patients undergoing upper limb orthopedic surgery under general anesthesia Surgery lasting less than 2 hours providing informed consent to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe asthma history Active upper respiratory tract infection at the time of surgery History of difficult airway management, Patients with severe systemic diseases such as advanced heart or renal failure Pregnancy or lactation Coagulation disorders or use of anticoagulant medications Known hypersensitivity to lidocaine or other local anesthetics Use of antiarrhythmic drugs that interact with lidocaine (e.g., amiodarone) Active airway bleeding.
