Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Anesthesia class (ASA I and ASA II) Consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy and breastfeeding for women History of underlying cardiopulmonary diseases History of kidney disease High blood pressure Thrombocytopenia Asthma The patient's urgent need for a blood transfusion

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Hemodynamic signs (systolic and diastolic blood pressure, heart rate, arterial blood oxygen saturation). Timepoint: Before taking the medication, half an hour later, before induction, 15, 30, 45, and 60 minutes after induction, and upon entering and leaving recovery. Method of measurement: Monitoring.;Muscle weakness. Timepoint: At times 15, 30, 45, 60, 90, 120 and 180 during the operation. Method of measurement: Intraoperative questioning of the surgeon's satisfaction with muscle laxity.
