Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Signed informed consent form Patients with diabetic foot ulcer grade 3 and 4 according to the Wagner classification do not require surgery at this stage of wound healing. Patients with ischemic foot ulcer are not included in the study. Patients with pressure sore are not included in the study. If the patient has renal failure undergoing dialysis, he/she will not be included in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Not referring the patient for subsequent follow-ups so that the nurse can not dress the wound (travel or change the patient's place of residence) Occurrence of any medical problem or surgery not related to wound healing that makes it impossible to continue the study (such as myocardial infarction or stroke, acute limb ischemia, sepsis for any reason other than the patient's wound and etc). Hepatic failure Biliary obstruction
