Inclusion criteria: Middle-aged women ranging in age from 31 to 49 Satisfaction to participate in the study BMI 30 or less Fatty liver grade one and above

Exclusion criteria: History of other diseases Alcohol and tobacco consumption Special diet / medication Take dietary supplements Regular exercise in the last six months
