Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female students with an age range between 12 and 15 years Having a body mass index (BMI) between 25 and 30 Not having a medical prohibition to do sports

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Suffering from cardiovascular/liver/kidney diseases and respiratory problems Suffering from skeletal and muscular abnormalities Not being able to do sports activities due to physical and mental problems
