Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Overweight and obese participants ( having BMI>25 ) who want to lose weight In term of age, they are between 18 to 70 years old Willing to participate in a recearch project They have not changed their common lifestyle and medications during the last 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or lactating women Participants having a history of clinical disease such as cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, thyroid disorders, liver and kidney failure, and malignancy Participats addicted to drug and alcohol People with a history of allergies to dietary supplements

Weight. Timepoint: Outcomes variables are measured at the begining and end of study. The duration of this study is 3 months. Method of measurement: Weight is measured by analyzer body composition.;Measuring body mass index. Timepoint: At the bigining and end of study. Method of measurement: Body mass index is measured by body composition analyser.;Serum cholesterol. Timepoint: At the bigining and end of study. Method of measurement: Cholesterol is measured by Eliza Kits.;The amount of body fat mass. Timepoint: At the bigining and end of study. Method of measurement: The amounts of body fat mass is measured by body composition analyser.;The amount of body muscle mass. Timepoint: At the bigining and end of study. Method of measurement: The amount of body muscle mass is measured by body composition analyser.;Triglyceride serum. Timepoint: At the bigining and end of study. Method of measurement: Triglyceride is measured by Eliza Kits.
