Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All healthy, trained male students at the University of Guilan

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Being disease and injury free No history of surgery and musculoskeletal disorder during the last two years No history of ergogenic aids, supplements and drug use for in the last 6 months leading to the study

Nitric Oxide, Superoxide dismutase, Catalase, Glutathione peroxidase. Timepoint: Before exercise, immediately after , post 10, and post 30 after exercise. Method of measurement: Blood sampling.
