Inclusion criteria: Patients with acute appendicitis referred to Ayatollah Mousavi Educational and Medical Center in Zanjan
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Immunosuppression in patients undergoing appendectomy Diabetes AIDS Long-term use of corticosteroids Malnutrition Cancer Blood disease with leukocyte insufficiency
