Intervention 1: Intervention (test) group: administration of BetaHeal ointment for burn wound healing. The ingredients of this ointment are as follows: 25% honey wax, 50% sesame oil, 12.5% egg white a
cover the burn scar with silver sulfadiazine 1% ointment, 5mm in thickness following cleansing the site with sterile Normal saline solution and then apply dressing.

Inclusion criteria: All patients suffering from burn who refer to Motahari Burn Injuries Center Patients with Second degree burns Burn injuries caused due to any reason

Exclusion criteria: The patient's allergy
