Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age more than 18 years Hemodialysis patients who have been on dialysis for at least three months Vitamin D level less than 30 ng/mL Consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any active or chronic infection Magnesium supplementation Chronic diarrhea Hyperparathyroidism

Serum magnesium level. Timepoint: Before and after treatment (three months later). Method of measurement: Based on laboratory results measured by magnesium kit (Pars Azmoon,Iran).;Serum vitD (25-OH-VitD) level. Timepoint: Before and after treatment (three months later). Method of measurement: Based on laboratory results measured by Vit D kit (Monobind,Iran).
