20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All participants having 2 or more sessions per week 2. Patients between ages of 20-70; patients who have undergone hemodialysis for a minimum of 6 months. 3. All participants are from the Iraqi Nationality because of the nature of the Iraqi society that differs from other societies. 4. Alert patients, free of any change in the level of consciousness because the study requires subjective measurements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with end-stage renal disease who had absolute or relative contraindications to the exercise test. History of kidney transplant surgery Dialysis graft in lower limbs History of cardiovascular surgery History of pulmonary disease History of neurological and psychological disease Orthopedic limitations Active infection Uncontrolled hypertension. Cancer; type B hepatitis; type C hepatitis; dementia; neurologic disease; severe cardiovascular problem; severe infections; chronic liver disease

MeasureTime frame
Physical function level and muscle capacity. Timepoint: pre-intervention and 2 months post-intervention. Method of measurement: Short Physical Performance battery scale.
