Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are candidate for an implant-retained full arch rehabilitation Patients who are systemically healthy (includs ASA 1 or ASA 2 physical status) The height of the alveolar ridge between two premolar teeth is 8 millimetre or less The maximum width of the alveolar ridge is 3 millimetre

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are not candidate for an implant-retained full arch rehabilitation Any systemic status (history of radiotherapy and chemotherapy) and bone status, which make maxillofacial surgery and bone transplant contraindicated, based on operators diagnosis

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Assessment of alveolar ridge width after treatment in control and case groups in area of lateral incisor, canine, first premolar and first molar. Timepoint: Alveolar ridge width is assessed in area of lateral incisor, canine, first premolar and first molar before treatment and 4 months after bone transplant. Method of measurement: Data are collected using CBCT radiographs.
