Inclusion criteria: Possessing at least a bachelor's degree in nursing Presence in the intervention units during the research Providing nursing care to hospitalized children

Measure	Time frame
The quality of nurses' practice in pediatric pain management. Timepoint: 0 (before the intervention), 4, 8 and 12 weeks after implementing pain management protocol. Method of measurement: The designed checklist based on pediatric pain management protocol.	—
