| Overall health-promoting lifestyle score as measured by the sum of responses across all items on the questionnaire, reflecting behaviors in health responsibility, physical activity, nutrition, interpersonal relationships, spiritual growth, and stress management. Timepoint: Before the first chemotherapy session and after the last chemotherapy session (following 6 to 8 cycles).
