18 Years to 55 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 55 years Concentration of volatile sulfur compounds greater than 150 parts per billion (measured by instrument) Tongue coverage index (TCI) greater than 50% Absence of tooth decay and periodontal disease, apical periodontitis, poor restorations and impacted wisdom teeth, non-smoking Absence of systemic disease, including diabetes, liver disease, and kidney disease, which can cause halitosis No use of antibiotics or mouthwash in the past two weeks Lack of fixed orthodontic appliances, mouth breathing, and dry mouth
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy, sinusitis, tonsillitis, digestive problems Taking medications such as paracetamol [acetaminophen], chloral hydrate, dimethyl sulfoxide, amphetamines, containing eucalyptus and arsenic
