Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with drug-resistant trigeminal neuralgia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with coagulation disorders, cardiac, hepatic and renal disease, cancer, pregnant and lactating patients, patients who have responded to medical treatments and symptomatic trigeminal neuralgia (abnormal neurological examination or structural lesion visible by MRI) and comorbidities that may be exacerbated by BTX-A (such as myasthenia gravis or motor neuron disease).

MeasureTime frame
Determining and comparing the effects of two types of Botox, Dysport and Masport, in improving pain in patients with trigeminal neuralgia. Timepoint: The first follow-up of the patients will be after one week, and then all patients will be followed up every two weeks for 12 weeks using VAS. Method of measurement: Visual Analogue Scale.
