Inclusion criteria: Patients candidate for transradial coronary arteries angiography

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unstable hemodynamic Severe renal failure Fracture of the bones wrist Raynaud disease Carpal tunnel syndrome Coagulation disorders

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Incidence of radial artery occlusion. Timepoint: 2, 4 and 6 hours after angiography. Method of measurement: Clinical examination.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Hemostasis time. Timepoint: After radial artery sheath removal until cession of bleeding. Method of measurement: Based on minute.;Mean of pain score. Timepoint: Immediately,1 hour and 4 hours after angiography. Method of measurement: Based on VAS scale.
