Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: At least two months have passed since the first hemodialysis Willingness to participate in the study Having patients' informed consent Age between 18-70 years Ability to communicate verbally No history of diagnosed anxiety and depression problems Having a smartphone connected to the Internet Being literate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Failure to complete the intervention period for any reason Performing a kidney transplant Reluctance to continue participating in the study Not participating in the post-test Exacerbation of the disease or occurrence of an unpleasant accident for the patient
