Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: No known severe mental illness Ability to communicate and no hearing or speech problems Mobile or landline access and knowledge of its use Literacy for reading and writing Age 18 to 65 years

Exclusion criteria: Incomplete completion of questionnaires Failure to implement the intervention program completely Participate in a similar care program in the last 3 months
