Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Teachers who have access to the internet, mobile phones and the skills to use them.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: People's unwillingness to continue participating in research. Teachers who have a second job. People with congenital musculoskeletal disorders of the neck. People with a history of surgery, neck fractures and significant neck pain. People who have a doctor forbidding them to do sports.
