Interventions

Intervention group: 7 days before frozen embryo transfer, 2 ml of exosomes derived from menstrual blood mesenchymal cells with a total protein of 20 µg/µl are injected into the uterus of intervention

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 20-40 years old women BMI&lt ; 30 Kg/m2 Lack of optimal increase in the endometrium thickness despite of increase the dose of estradiol in the previous cycle In the previous transfer cycles, the endometrium has not reached above 7 Patients who were echogenic, Patients whose uterine wall was not triple three-line

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Abnormal shape of uterus in hysterosalpingography or hysteroscopy Blood diseases or immunology Hormonal disorders Chromosomal and genetic abnormalities (acquired or congenital).

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Endometrial thickness changes. Timepoint: One week after injection. Method of measurement: sonography.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Implantation rate. Timepoint: 6 week after embryo transfer. Method of measurement: The number of gestational sacs divided by the number of transferred embryos.;Chemical pregnancy rate. Timepoint: Two weeks after embryo transfer. Method of measurement: Measurement of B-HCG.;Clinical pregnancy rate. Timepoint: Five weeks after embryo transfer. Method of measurement: Sonography.;Abortion rate. Timepoint: During pregnancy. Method of measurement: Sonography.;Live birth rate. Timepoint: End of pregnancy. Method of measurement: Parturition.
