Inclusion criteria: Back pain for more than three months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Serious heart disease Children and persons under the age of 18 Women with high possibility of menopause and use contraceptives Men who decide to start a family Oral ulcers In case of sedatives, drug abuse, amitripthelins, sildenafil, barbiturates, cocaine, disulfiram
