Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: the patiant is fully satisfied to participatein the study people between 17 to 35 years old indication for surgical extraction of mandibular third molar their latency conditions are the same
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: acute or chronic pericoronal inflamation use of drugs other than the drug under study incompelet or non-delivery of the questionnaire systemic problems pregnancy contraindications to the drugs used in the study having neurological diseases taking corticosteroids, antidepressants,antibiotics and analgesics

| Pain intensity after surgery. Timepoint: the patient takes the drug after seeeing the first sign of pain after surgery and will announce the severity of the pain one hour after taking the drug.
