Intervention 1: Intervention group: 24 subjects will be given curcumin at a dose of 200 mg from Nanosina Exir Company one hour before surgery and after observing the first sign of pain after surgery.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patient is fully satisfied to participate in the study People between 17 and 35 years old Indications for surgical extraction of the third mandibular molar Their latency conditions are the same
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: acute or chronic pericoronal inflammation. use of drugs other than the drug under study. incomplete or non-delivery of the questionnaire. systemic problems. pregnancy. contraindications to the drugs used in the study. having neurological diseases . Taking corticosteroids, antidepressants, antibiotics and analgesics.
