Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patient is fully satisfied to participate in the study People between 17 and 35 years old Indications for surgical extraction of the third mandibular molar Their latency conditions are the same
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: acute or chronic pericoronal inflammation. use of drugs other than the drug under study. incomplete or non-delivery of the questionnaire. systemic problems. pregnancy. contraindications to the drugs used in the study. having neurological diseases . Taking corticosteroids, antidepressants, antibiotics and analgesics.

| Pain intensity after surgery. Timepoint: The patient takes the drug after seeing the first sign of pain after surgery and will announce the severity of the pain one hour after taking the drug. Method of measurement: The amount of pain will be recorded in the Visual Analogue Scale system.;Duration of analgesia. Timepoint: The duration of analgesia will be measured from one hour before surgery when the patient takes the first dose of the drug until the first sign of pain after surgery.
