Inclusion criteria: be FEMALE Have mental retardation be educable No movement restrictions Got a Score in the questionnaires used

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Reluctance of the participant or his / her supervisor to participate in the study Failure to attend 2 or more online training sessions
