Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: Intervention group 1: 1 mg per kg body weight of ketamine (Rotex Medica Company) with 30 cc of 5% dextrose serum is gargled by the patient for 30 seconds 15 minutes

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients (25-75 old) with ASA class 1,2( American Society of Anesthesiology) simple intubation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: congestive heart fuilure, dificult intubation chronic respiratory ,kidney and liver disease

MeasureTime frame
Sore throat after surgery. Timepoint: Upon entering recovery, 2, 12 and 24 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: visual analogue scale.
