Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Confirmed diagnosis of HIV based on medical records from the Behavioral Diseases Counseling Center of Imam Khomeini Hospital, Tehran Age between 4 and 11 years No participation in any other research project during the past two years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with neurological or psychiatric disorders such as autism or other specific age-related disorders Current use of psychotropic medications at the time of enrollment Lack of consent from the legal guardian or assent from the child

MeasureTime frame
Total quality of life score based on the standardized Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory (PedsQL). Timepoint: Assessment of the total quality of life score in children with HIV at the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and two weeks after the completion of the intervention. Method of measurement: Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory questionnaire.
