Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willingness to participate in the study Score 5 or more on the Pittsburgh Questionnaire Women in the third trimester of pregnancy Lack of medical diseases and pregnancy complications

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Reluctance to participate in the study Score less than 5 on the Pittsburgh Questionnaire Women in the first and second trimesters of pregnancy
