Intervention 1: Intervention group: From 2 hours after natural childbirth to 24 hours, every 8 hours, a number of Plantago major L capsules are given to women who have given birth naturally. Intervent

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Being Iranian Have a minimum academic literacy Have a Vaginal delivery Age of Mother is between 18-35 years Single pregnancy with a gestational age of 37-42 weeks The result of giving birth is a live baby without abnormalities Baby weight is between 2500-4000 grams No maternal drug addiction moderate to severe post partum pain The mother should be able to breastfeed and breastfeed at least once in the first two hours after delivery Do not use medication or analgesia (epidural anesthesia, spinal anesthesia, Entonex, pethidine) No known chronic diseases (diabetes, hypertension, heart disease and infection) based on the mother's record and statements Vacuum delivery, forceps and pressure on the uterus are not performed. The exit of the placenta and the membranes should be spontaneous. No history of allergy to herbal medicines

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Serious postpartum complications such as increased postpartum hemorrhage, temperature above 39 ° C, blood pressure above 140/90 in the mother The mother needs surgery and receiving postpartum anesthesia Inability of the mother to continue breastfeeding the baby for any reason, such as hospitalization of the baby or the order of a pediatrician Symptoms of allergy to the Plant ago major L plant Do not use Plant ago major L capsule or placebo (two doses) The mother's unwillingness to continue participating in the research Use other painkillers such as acetaminophen or diclofenac in more than one dose
