Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: meet the criteria of DSM-V for opioid use disorder have failed to reduce or abstain currently abused opioid at least for 2 times have negative urine analysis for other addictive substances or the history of co-administration of drugs of abuse for no less than 3 weeks ago

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: have been diagnosed by severe comorbid medical or psychiatric disorders (Parkinson’s disease, cardiovascular disorders, metabolic syndrome, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, renal impairment, and so on); have taken psychiatric medications within the last 2 weeks
