Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all adult patients with tonsillectomy indication

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: coagulation diseases severe asthma diabetes sickle anemia neurological defects history of previous surgery mental and physical retardation

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Bleeding. Timepoint: during surgery. Method of measurement: Blood volume inside the suction and blood weight of gases.;Duration of surgery. Timepoint: from the beginning of surgery to the end of coagulation. Method of measurement: using a stopwatch.;Pain. Timepoint: Days 1, 4 and 7 after surgery. The morning after surgery before taking painkillers. Method of measurement: Numerical scale of pain using a questionnaire.
