Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: eferred from a gastroenterology specialty clinic due to symptoms of lactose intolerance Willingness to participate in the study and complete an informed ethical consent form Absence of other specific digestive diseases (Ex: UC, Crohn's disease)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of allergies or intolerances to other foods Having other acute infectious or chronic diseases (Ex: metabolic diseases or immunodeficiency). Receiving antibiotics or probiotics within two weeks prior to the study.

Symptoms severity: mild to severe. Timepoint: At the start of study and 1 weeks later. Method of measurement: by subjective check list :no symptom ,mild ,modrat, severe.
