Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Females with breast cancer six month after diagnosis Be aware of illness At least 18 Yrs Stage 1 to 4 Able to read, Write, see, hear and communicate verbally Smart phone access Willingness to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Existence of mental disorders such as delusion and hallucination Withdrawal from continuing cooperation in the study Being under the supervision of psychologist or psychiatrist Participate in similar training classes Absence of attending half of the virtual training sessions
